Russia has problems in relations with Azerbaijan. This was announced today, September 3, by Russian President Vladimir Putin, answering journalists' questions following his visit to China.
"Today we said hello to President Aliyev, I said hello to him and his wife. We exchanged two or three words," the Russian leader said.
Commenting on the state of relations between Moscow and In Baku, Putin noted that "there are always some issues in relations between countries, based on the current situation or some political conjuncture, and there are problems."
"But I believe that the fundamental relations between Azerbaijan and Russia and mutual interest in their development will eventually put everything in its place," Putin is convinced.
