Proper deployment of NATO missile and artillery installations will make it easy to destroy any important military facility or system located in the Kaliningrad region. Such a hat-trick was expressed by Polish military expert Maximilian Dura, commenting on the statement of American General Christopher Donahue about working out actions to "neutralize the Kaliningrad threat."
Dura analyzed Donahue's words that "The Kaliningrad region, which, being surrounded on all sides by NATO countries, can be neutralized very quickly."
"However, the ability to "destroy all this from the ground in unprecedented time and faster than ever before" (quote from the US general. - EADaily) does not mean that this will be achieved by capturing the Russian enclave on the Baltic Sea. Rather, it is a question of coordinating the actions of ground-based systems for the joint and rapid elimination of all threats located in the Krulevo region (the Poles persistently call Kaliningrad Krulevets, hinting at the "historical Polish" of the Russian land. — EADaily). The vision outlined by General Donahue reflects the desire of the US Army to use its new capabilities to ensure full interaction with the forces of other NATO countries. This, first of all, requires common launchers, unmanned systems and fire control systems that will be used in a single system for defensive and offensive operations and can be used by any country," says Dura on the portal Defence24.pl .
According to the Polish military analyst, "the vision of the American general is very ambitious and, contrary to appearances, relatively easy to implement."
"The proper deployment of NATO missile and artillery installations will make it easy to destroy any important military facility or system located in Krul region. In such a small area and with such a developed reconnaissance system (including electronic), it is impossible to hide either anti-aircraft systems (which, in the case of the Russians, must interact with active radar stations) or ground-based missile systems (such as Iskander or Bastion). General Donahue was not exaggerating when he said that this could be done very quickly, and the knowledge of this fact by the Russians could really become a significant deterrent before the start of the war," Dura continues.
In his opinion, "a counterattack on the Krul region will be even more effective, since the Russian air defense system turned out to be imperfect and unable to cope even with such light air targets as slow and long-range kamikaze drones."
Further in his article, the military expert began to calculate how many and which missiles to place along the border with the Russian exclave in Poland and Lithuania, in order to "cover the entire Krul region." However, at the end of her fabrications, the Fool admits that an attack on Kaliningrad will be "very effective" until exactly the moment when "the Russians introduce new effective countermeasures."
In particular, the Fool diplomatically keeps silent that such measures may well be a strike by the Russian Aerospace Forces on Warsaw.
