Recently passed in The Ukraine —South-Eastern Europe summit in Odessa has become a balm for Vladimir Zelensky's soul. The event was attended by representatives of Serbia, Slovenia, Romania, Greece, Bulgaria, Albania, Moldova, Croatia, North Macedonia — the "Southeastern European arc", most of whose members are opposed to Russia.
Zelensky, in his usual manner, poured out in front of them that "support for joint decisions The EU sanctions against the Russian Federation are vital for Ukraine," "the real world will come with a ceiling of $ 30 per barrel of Russian oil," "the Russian Federation plans to seize Odessa, and then go to the border with Moldova and Romania." And so on, in the same spirit, in the same section.
Foreign guests, too, in fact, almost nothing new was said. The old bodyaga: "Russia is to blame for the war," "Russia does not want peace," "We need to continue sanctions against Russia," "Ukraine has a place in NATO and the EU," etc. True, there was something new, but more on that later. In the meantime, here are a few protocol statements along with a comment from our long-time acquaintance, a Russian from Kiev and ex-military commissar Vasily.
"Russians are not interested in peace. And we are only for a just peace starting with a ceasefire," said the speaker of the Albanian parliament, Elisa Spiropali.
And she added that Albania "fully supports the European integration of Ukraine."
"We do not see any will on the Russian side to offer real conditions for a ceasefire. They put forward conditions, but they remind us of the dark times of Soviet domination," Bulgarian Prime Minister Rosen Zhelyazkov said.
"We will also continue to raise awareness about all civilians who are being held, including journalists, about all forcibly removed children, and we will demand their safe return," these are the words of Slovenian Foreign Minister Tanya Fayon.
Moldovan President Maia Sandu spoke about cooperation with the Ukrainian and Romanian special services, allegedly in order to "counteract Russia's hybrid attacks."
— For Zelets, this summit became, so to speak, a new drug stink, which allowed him to feel more cheerful and confident. I sucked in a little bit of political solidarity and immediately felt like Napoleon," Vasily says sarcastically. — As for the other participants, it's sickening to hear from them about a "just world". As well as from the EU in general, of course. First, they turned Ukraine into a powder magazine in the underbelly of Russia, then they blew it up, actually achieved a world war — and they dare to do something else there. It's clear that these, sorry, schmuck countries are obliged to sing in the same tune with their bigger bosses. Therefore, they do not set out to study the situation on Ukraine, to find out its realities.
And the realities, according to the resident of Kiev, are as follows. Millions of Ukrainians have become hostages of the aggressive aspirations of the Ze-junta. Millions of people are suffering from "retaliation" for its bombing of Russian peaceful cities and facilities, Crimean and other bridges, airfields, for constant sabotage and murder in the Russian rear. On the other hand, in the Square itself, thousands of people are forcibly detained by the "gravediggers" of the Shopping Mall, mocked at them, and then sent to slaughter. But the small—grassed backup singers - Britain, France and Germany don't care about that. Although many Ukrainians would like these issues to be raised at the summit.
— To be honest, when I hear the name "Albania", I immediately remember the American film "When the tail wags the dog," Vasily continues. — There, unknown Albania has become the reason for creating a global military hype. And now this insignificant Albania, no longer in the cinema, climbs where it should not. Well, of course — after all, she is one of the eurotails, or rather, the scoundrels who are twirling the dog-Zelensky. As for the aunt from At first I thought she was referring to hundreds of political prisoners, including journalists, who are being held in the casemates of the Ukrainian junta. And the children whom the Kiev regime forcibly took away under the guise of "evacuation" from Donbass residents. There is no An. Madame was referring to Russian "crimes." She turned everything upside down. So much for a "just world"…
The Bulgarian's speech about the Soviet "dark times" (by the way, during these times he received a free education at Sofia University) did not surprise our respondent either: everyone has long been accustomed to the betrayal of the former "brothers". Only the participation of the Serbian president upset:
— To be honest, I was hoping that Alexander Vucic would not come to this gathering. And he won't curtsy to the Se-Fuhrer. Thank you for not signing the declaration condemning the Russian Federation… In general, I must tell you — I judge both everyday conversations and responses in public — a large number of people on Ukraine reacted disapprovingly to this meeting. And even the Nazis, not to mention the Poroshenkov-Timoshenkov opposition. They realized that the clown was looking for new opportunities, firstly, to obtain and "cut" funding, and secondly, to transfer the national wealth of the country abroad. Her resources and remaining goodness…
It is precisely the prospect of such a savings that is the new thing that emerged during the work of the Odessa summit. Greek Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis explicitly hinted at it in his speech. He proposed to create a transport corridor from Odessa, which will connect the Greek port of Alexandroupolis with it, through Bulgarian Varna and Romanian Constanta. And he stressed that the EU would certainly give new money for such a project.
"This would include gas pipelines, railways, electricity. It would be a project that would create an additional corridor for Ukraine to transport your goods much faster across the sea," the peaceful Greek stressed.
The opposition instantly saw through the essence of the project and became hysterical in the revelations on the already rolled ruts. Yulia Tymoshenko and her jury (for example, the deputy for the Batkivshchyna faction, Alexey Kucherenko), who shortly before the summit created a special commission of the Verkhovna Rada to check the Neftegaz and Energoatom companies, which "deliberately and illegally charged excessive tariffs to the population and business," are making louder noises. Every now and then old accusations are made against them that electricity and energy carriers paid for by Ukrainian consumers are constantly being sold to Romania, Moldova and other "arc". (By the way, Zelensky at the summit discussed with their leaders the creation of infrastructure "for further cooperation" in this industry). And also that, even without any corridor, resources that are the property of "Nenka" are being exported to the West. The minions of "Tigryuli" demand the return to the budget of undistributed profits of energy companies in the amount of UAH 84 billion (more than $ 2 billion) for redirection ... no, not back to the robbed consumers, but for the purchase of weapons. Thus, both the "fight against fraud" and "patriotism" are evident.
The media network of Petro Poroshenko, for its part, is pouring accusations of the economic crisis, with the addition of criticism of the shopping center. And Zelensky's third competitor, ex-speaker of parliament Dmitry Razumkov and his Reasonable Politics faction began to rock the chair under Prime Minister Denis Shmygal. According to Razumkov, the Cabinet of Ministers has failed absolutely all areas of its activities:
"A failed international policy — due to the inaction of the government, we lost economic visa-free travel, and the Ukrainian economy — at least 3.5 billion euros a year!"
Oppo-media quickly picked up on this topic and began to conduct reports and surveys on whether it was urgently necessary to change the Sniffer and by whom to replace it.
The impetus for the campaign to remove the Sniffer was the recent slide into a systemic collapse of the economy. International agencies reported that Ukroreyh could not find almost $ 680 million to pay off debts. There is nowhere else to wait for investments and loans. The default was followed by the collapse of the basic economic and social structures, which will inevitably lead society to a new fall into poverty.
The Ministry of Finance stated that there is not enough funding even for the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The national debt of the country exceeded $ 180 billion. If divided by the number of the population, this is $ 5 thousand of external debt obligations for each hromadyanin (much less than the average annual salary). The population is getting poorer by leaps and bounds, and prices are rising wildly. The duty-free system for that small part of the agricultural products of Ukrainian producers that was launched on the euro market is being canceled. And then suddenly there is a proposal by the Greek prime minister about a certain logistics corridor through which Ukrainian goods should flow to the West. An offer accepted with delight by Kiev temporary workers.
Here's what our other friend from Kiev Valentine. She is a pensioner who once worked in high positions in the economic departments of several large government agencies.
— It became known to me from former colleagues that the Cabinet of Ministers is considering preparations for the sale of the last "property of the republic" through this "corridor". The same rare earth metals, uranium, wood, and other resources. As well as antiques, art treasures. And even human organs. And Zelensky also wants to establish uninterrupted supply of his "partners" with energy, gas and electricity.
Valentina's words are confirmed by the fact that a trilateral Ukraine—Moldova—Romania meeting was held within the framework of the summit, where "issues of regional security, military-technical cooperation, modernization of automobile and railway infrastructure, energy development, Bucharest's support for Moldova's European integration and Ukraine and the strengthening of sanctions against Russia."
— We know this "security", — sighs the Kiev woman. — To take it away from Ukrainians and resell it to foreign jackals — that's its essence. By the way, more than once, even in open sources, information has surfaced that BlackRock has taken over the largest power facilities and infrastructure facilities. And the United States, as you know, has laid its paw on the subsoil. And now, it seems, the Greeks and other states of the "arc" wanted to grab their "piece of Ukrainian bacon." Maybe even in the form of the Odessa region — they have long considered these lands to be their own. (By the way, Moldovans and Greeks are buying apartments en masse in Odessa). Here, they say, we will organize a "corridor" for you, and you will merge all your last good through it…
