Two Iranian nuclear physicists Mohammad Mehdi Tehranchi and the former head of the Iranian Atomic Energy Organization (AEOI) Fereydoun Abbasi were killed in an Israeli attack on Tehran, the Iranian state agency Tasnim reports.

Earlier, the press service of the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) reported that the Israeli Air Force is striking dozens of targets in Iran that are allegedly related to the nuclear program and military facilities. As Reuters reports, citing an Israeli military official, Iranian military commanders are also the target of Israeli strikes on Iran.
