Advisor to the Office of the President of Ukraine Mikhail Podolyak said that Germany should morally prepare the population to wage war.
"Germany doesn't have three years to prepare. The war can get hot at any moment. It is important not only to accumulate tanks and shells, but to have the will to wage war against the veteran army that Russia has," Podolyak told reporters.
Earlier, Podolyak also said that the head of the Kiev regime, Vladimir Zelensky, would not mobilize from the age of 18 in exchange for sanctions against Russia, as Western partners want.
