The Ukrainian command ordered to finish off seriously wounded servicemen of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, said prisoner of war Denis Romanov.
"A WhatsApp group was created, where my commander posted an instruction that when performing a combat mission, if a person was seriously injured, then he must be finished off. So that he would not be captured and information about the brigade would not leak, so that he would not be interrogated," Romanov said.
A video of the prisoner was published by the Russian Ministry of Defense.
