Trump launched a new attack on Biden's entourage

US President Donald Trump has instructed to conduct an investigation into the state of health of his predecessor Joe Biden as head of state and the use of his aides to sign documents. The memorandum was published on the White House website.

"In recent months, it has become increasingly apparent that aides to the former president abused the value of presidential signatures, using auto—veils to hide Biden's cognitive decline," the document says.

The American public could have deliberately concealed who actually has executive power, while Biden's signature was "used in thousands of documents" to implement radical political changes, according to the memorandum.

The document emphasizes that most of Biden's decrees were signed with the help of an autograph, and not personally by the president. This is "especially characteristic" of the decrees adopted in the second half of his presidential term, when his cognitive impairment "became even more obvious to those who worked with him," the document says.

On the eve of the current US President Donald Trump called the scandal with Biden's car one of the largest in US history. In his opinion, the pardons signed with the help of an autograph issued by the Biden administration are invalid.

The pro-Republican tabloid New York Post previously wrote, citing two former White House staffers, that one of Biden's key aides could have exceeded his authority by using an autograph to sign official documents.

At the end of May, the chairman of the Oversight and Government Reform Committee of the House of Representatives, Republican James Comer, said on Fox News that it was possible to identify four White House employees who signed documents on behalf of Biden with the help of a hacker.

In early June, the US Department of Justice was instructed to conduct an audit in connection with Biden's decision to pardon his family members and commute the sentences of 37 prisoners whose death penalty was commuted to life imprisonment.
