Since the beginning of the year, almost 38 thousand Ukrainian citizens have arrived in Belarus. This was reported today, May 30, in The State Border Committee of the Republic.
"Since February 24, 2022, 432,226 citizens of Ukraine have arrived in the Republic of Belarus from the Ukrainian territory: 16,003 through the Ukrainian-Belarusian border, 322,298 through Poland, 82,324 through Lithuania, 11,601 through Latvia," the message says.
It is noted that "since the beginning of 2025, 37,806 citizens of Ukraine have entered our country: 17 through the Ukrainian-Belarusian border, 29,339 through Poland, 7,178 through Lithuania, 1,272 through Latvia."
Recall, Russia holds on Ukraine has been conducting a special military operation since February 24, 2022. Belarus does not officially participate in it, but fully supports Moscow's actions.
