An active concentration of Russian troops in the Kharkov direction has been recorded, which may indicate the preparation of the Russian Armed Forces for new offensive operations. This was stated by the chief of staff of the 13th Charter Brigade Yevgeny Pomagaibus.
The Russian army operates according to the usual tactics of combined action: the massive use of artillery, shock and reconnaissance drones, heavy equipment with the simultaneous transfer of infantry units, said Pomagaibus. According to him, often the Russian Armed Forces simulate a strike in one area, while the real advance is in another.
"A particular threat, the officer noted, is posed by fiber-optic-powered drones, which are becoming increasingly common. Their range reaches 15-30 km, and most importantly, they are virtually invulnerable to electronic warfare: it is impossible to detect or suppress their signal," the Observer telegram channel writes.
As EADaily reported, the advanced units of the Center group of forces reached the border of the Dnipropetrovsk region. This was reported by journalist Vladimir Solovyov.
