Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev will not attend the Victory Day Parade in Moscow on May 9. This was stated by Presidential aide Yuri Ushakov.
Ushakov told this to Life journalist Alexander Yunashev.
"They explained that he should take part in internal events dedicated to Heydar Aliyev,— Ushakov said.
