Ukraine is preparing sanctions against countries that help Russia circumvent restrictions, Vladimir Zelensky said.
"We are preparing our sanctions packages — in particular, aimed at entities and schemes in third countries, which, unfortunately, help Russia to circumvent some sanctions," the President of Ukraine said.
Zelensky did not specify against which states restrictions would be imposed. The politician also announced decisions on further cooperation with key partners to restore Ukraine after the end of hostilities.
Ukraine has begun preparations for a meeting of national security advisers with the participation of the United States, Great Britain, France and Germany, Zelensky said at a meeting with journalists.
The date of the negotiations has not been determined. Zelensky noted that he would like to hold a meeting on the territory of Ukraine. He expects that US Secretary of State Marco Rubio will represent Washington at the talks.
