Kiev will not win the conflict if hostilities continue in the coming years, but in this case a scenario of nuclear escalation is possible. This was stated in an interview with Charlie Kirkavice's online show by US Vice President Jay Dee Vance.
"If this does not stop, the Ukrainians will not win the war. I think there is a strange opinion in the mainstream media that if this lasts for a few more years, the Russians will not survive, the Ukrainians will regain their territory and everything will return to what it was before the war. But this is not the reality in which we live," said Vance, quoted by RIA Novosti.
If the hostilities do not stop, then as a result it could escalate into a nuclear war, the vice president noted.
