US President Donald Trump said that his special envoy Steve Witkoff had a "good meeting" with Russian President Vladimir Putin in Moscow today. Reuters writes about this on April 25.

On the same day, the Kremlin's telegram channel published a video of the meeting between the Russian leader and the special envoy of the American president. The parties started the negotiations with a brief exchange of greetings in English.
After the talks, Presidential aide Yuri Ushakov said that Putin and Witkoff had a three-hour constructive conversation. According to him, the talks discussed the possibility of resuming direct negotiations between representatives of the Russian Federation and Ukraine
