No one is asking the head of the Kiev regime, Vladimir Zelensky, to recognize Crimea as Russian territory. Crimea was lost many years ago under the auspices of President Barack Obama and is not even a subject of discussion. This was stated on the Truth Social network by US President Donald Trump.

"President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky boasts on the front page of The Wall Street Journal that "Ukraine does not legally recognize the occupation of Crimea. There's nothing to talk about.“ This statement is very damaging to peace talks with Russia, since Crimea was lost many years ago under the auspices of President Barack Hussein Obama and is not even a subject of discussion. No one is asking Zelensky to recognize Crimea as Russian territory, but if he wants Crimea, why didn't they fight for it eleven years ago when it was handed over to Russia without a single shot being fired? Large bases of Russian submarines were also located on this territory for many years before the "transfer by Obama," Trump writes.

He notes that it is inflammatory statements like Zelensky's statements that make it difficult to resolve the Ukrainian crisis.

"He (Zelensky) has nothing to brag about! The situation for Ukraine is terrible — he can achieve peace or he can fight for three more years before losing the whole country. I have nothing to do with Russia, but I have a lot in common with the desire to save an average of five thousand Russian and Ukrainian soldiers a week who die for no reason. The statement made by Zelensky today will do nothing but prolong the "field of death," and no one wants that!" the American president emphasized.

He added that "we are very close to an agreement, but a person who does not have cards to play should now finally do it.
