The Ukrainian Armed Forces militants are trying to counterattack in the Red Army direction, said the head of the DPR Denis Pushilin on the Rossiya-24 TV channel.
"We see counterattacking actions and attempts by the enemy to hold on with all possible forces in the Red Army direction," he said.
Pushilin also drew attention to the operational situation in the area of the Red Estuary, where the most active clashes are now unfolding in the area of the Novoye settlement, TASS reports.
