Who left from Russian artists who want to return after resuming relations with the United States should not wait for a collective amnesty. This was stated by the special representative of the President for international cultural cooperation Mikhail Shvydkoi.
"There can be no collective amnesty. People left and behaved differently. They performed differently in the media. It seems to me that those people who took an active anti—Russian position will not be welcome in our country," the special presidential envoy told RIA Novosti.
He noted that there were people who did not compromise themselves with any anti-Russian words and actions, who left the country for reasons of internal confusion or for everyday reasons.
"There will be a completely different approach here," Shvydkoi warned.
He added that an appropriate decision will be made on each specific case.
