18 trucks with tnt for Ukraine blocked in Greece — 902.gr

Representatives of the working center in the city of Lavrio in Greece blocked 18 trucks carrying 350 tons of TNT to the defense plant "Greek Defense Systems" (EAS). This is reported by the portal of the Communist Party of Greece 902.gr .

The blocking was caused by fears that trucks with explosives would drive through the city without observing the necessary security measures, the portal notes.

"According to the information, the explosives were intended to be stored in the open territory of the plant for the production of 155-mm missiles sent to Ukraine, as part of our country's participation... in the imperialist war and support for the regime of (Vladimir) Zelensky," the note says.

Under the pressure of the demonstrators, part of the dangerous cargo will be returned to the ship, while any transfer will be carried out at night.

It is noted that five trucks had previously left the port for the EAS plant without observing security measures and the police opened a case against those responsible for this after the intervention of the work center.
