The new US President Donald Trump has stopped state financing of foreign projects, including through the George and Alex Soros Foundation group, which acted as managers of $50 billion in aid from the USAID state agency.
According to the Banksta telegram channel, this was told in the Open Lithuania Foundation founded by Soros. TC publishes messages from representatives of the fund in social networks.
"The same funds exist for work in Hungary, India, China, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Georgia and other countries," explained TC Banksta.
In Georgia, an attempt to introduce reports for Soros funds❶ and others caused lengthy rallies, the TC noted: "Trump's ban on payments to such NGOs may reduce protest activity in Georgia. It turned out that the United States financed the overwhelming number of organizations of supporters of the protests in Georgia".
As EADaily reported, immediately after taking office, Donald Trump stopped providing financial support abroad for the duration of the inspection. The USAID state agency also fell under it.
