US President Donald Trump signed a decree canceling 78 decisions taken during the presidency of his Democratic predecessor Joe Biden, including executive orders, memoranda and other measures.
"The first document that President Trump signs is the annulment of 78 decisions of the Biden era," they announced during Trump's rally in Washington, held on Monday after the inauguration of the politician.
Trump also introduced a "regulatory moratorium" prohibiting federal agencies from issuing new regulations until the current administration establishes full control over the work of the government.
Other steps include a decree requiring the immediate return of all federal employees to full—time office work.
