The head of Chechnya, Ramzan Kadyrov, at a meeting with unit commanders and heads of district departments of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Chechen Republic, recalled the ban on tinting car windows.
He stressed that compliance with the law concerns everyone.
"It was said to remove the films completely from the machines. After that, there were requests to leave at least on the rear window, but they began to glue on the windshield. I appeal to everyone: the films from the cars must be removed," the head of Chechnya said.
