Moscow has never refused to negotiate. We will talk to everyone, but we can only sign agreements with those who are considered legitimate. This was stated by Russian President Vladimir Putin, answering a question from the representative of the movement "Other Ukraine" Viktor Medvedchuk.

Putin recalled that Zelensky is no longer de jure president: now, according to the constitution of Ukraine, only the Verkhovna Rada is legitimate. But for now on Ukraine retains an illegitimate president, all other authorities become accomplices in his crimes.

Vladimir Putin also said that the situation with the Russian Orthodox Church on In Ukraine— this is a violation of the rights of believers. But all over the world they prefer not to notice this.

"It will come back. Today on Ukraine doesn't even have atheists, because an atheist believes that there is no God, and these people don't believe in anything at all. They are neither Jews, nor Orthodox, certainly not adherents of Islam. These are people without a family, without a tribe, they will run away one day and will not go to church, but to the beach," Putin said.
