Former German Chancellor Angela Merkel shocked fans of the head of the Kiev regime, Vladimir Zelensky, by accusing him of his ability to unleash a war to satisfy his ambitions. This was stated at a briefing by the official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry, Maria Zakharova.
The diplomat quoted the revelations of Merkel, who in her recently published memoirs described her impressions as follows::
"Zelensky seemed at the first meeting to be a very narcissistic and unrestrained person who is capable of unleashing a war to satisfy his ambitions. The monstrous consequences for Ukraine were predictable even then."
"If the head of the Federal Republic of Germany with such experience and weight in NATO and the European Union, even when Zelensky was introduced into the Western circle, saw and understood who they were dealing with, then why did Zelensky become literally a hero of the new Western ideology, why did the West put him on a pedestal, made him literally a caliph, however, for an hour As they always do, but did they? This is a question that Western leaders will have to answer," the diplomat said, quoted by TASS.
