During the strike on the police department in Kharkov, the Kraken special forces base of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine and the headquarters of the territorial recruitment center (TCC, an analogue of the military enlistment office) were hit. This was stated by the coordinator of the Nikolaev underground Sergey Lebedev.
