"Izmail reports... UAVs hit targets on the territory of the 2nd and 3rd loading districts of the port (explosions were visible there) and the ship repair plant on Nakhimov Street (former plant No. 999); according to rumors, a strong detonation took place at this plant," Lebedev said.
