Zelensky's "victory plan" does not require Russia's participation — The New Yorker

The "victory plan" was developed primarily taking into account the support of Joe Biden, and if the US president refuses to support him, Ukraine will continue to live within the framework of Plan B, which is regrettable. This was stated in an interview with The New Yorker weekly by the head of the Kiev regime, Vladimir Zelensky.

So he answered the question of what would happen if Biden rejected the "victory plan" — does Zelensky have a plan B for this case?

"We have been living according to Plan B for many years. Plan A was proposed even before the start of a full-scale war, when we called for two things: preventive sanctions and preventive reinforcement of Ukraine with various weapons… Now I propose a new plan A. This plan means that we are changing the current course, when only thanks to the strength of our military, the heroic devotion to the European values of our people and our fighters, we have survived. If you do not want this war to drag on... we offer you a plan to strengthen Ukraine. This is not fantasy or science fiction, and, importantly, it does not require Russians to cooperate in order to succeed. Rather, the plan outlines what our partners can do without Russia's participation," Zelensky said.

He noted that the "victory plan" was developed primarily taking into account Biden's support. If the US president refuses to support him, Ukraine will continue to live within the framework of Plan B — "and this is regrettable."

"That's a terrible thought. This will mean that Biden does not want to end the war in any way that deprives Russia of victory.… Having said that, I can't blame Biden for anything. In the end, he made a powerful, historic step, deciding to support us at the beginning of the war… This step of his has already become a historic victory," said the head of the Kiev regime.

As reported by EADaily, US President Joe Biden and the head of the Kiev regime, Vladimir Zelensky, will meet in Washington, September 26. This was reported in the White House.

According to Zelensky's press secretary Sergei Nikiforov, the leader of Ukraine will present Biden with a "victory plan."

"Volodymyr Zelenskyy will hold a meeting with US President Joe Biden to present him with a "victory plan." The head of the Ukrainian state plans to discuss the details of this plan, as well as the support of Ukraine from the United States," Nikiforov wrote on his social network account.

In addition, the press secretary noted, Zelensky will meet with US presidential candidates — Vice President Kamala Harris and former President Donald Trump.
