Servicemen of one of the tank units of the Armed Forces of Belarus are being sent to the Russian Mulino training ground to study at the joint training training center. This was announced today, September 20, by the Ministry of Defense of the Republic.
It is reported that Belarusian tankers will undergo intensive training within a month.
"We will learn from our colleagues the experience of conducting combat operations. This is fire and tactical training, driving in difficult terrain conditions. Taking into account what is happening in the world and especially around Belarus, training with direct SMO participants is very relevant for our units," said the battalion commander.
Recall, Belarus and Russia is actively cooperating in the military sphere. The agreement on the establishment of combat training centers for the training of Belarusian and Russian military was signed by Minsk and Moscow in March this year. The main task of the centers is combat training and duty of the armed forces of the two countries.
