In the center of Tutaev, Yaroslavl region, a group of security forces detained, eyewitnesses heard screams and shots. This is reported by telegram channels.
The incident occurred in one of the residential areas near the Central Park.
"The security forces stopped several cars on the roadway, after which they put the drivers and passengers "face to the floor." Several people tried to run away from the place, but they were caught up and also tied up. Local residents said that several shots were heard," writes TK Shot.
According to eyewitnesses, 16 people were detained. Paramedics are working on the spot.
The reasons for the detention of unknown persons are being investigated.
