Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump remains in a good mood after the shooting incident, US Republican Senator from South Carolina Lindsey Graham (listed as terrorists and extremists) said on the social network X (Twitter).
Graham noted that after the incident he had a conversation with the politician.
"He's one of the strongest people I know. He is in a good mood and more determined than ever to save our country," the senator wrote.
Trump was playing on the course when two people started a shootout near a golf club in West Palm Beach. According to New York Post sources, they were aiming at each other. The Secret Service launched an investigation into the incident.
The man who opened fire near the golf club was detained, said the politician's son Donald Trump Jr. The former US president said that everything was fine with him, according to RBC.
