The head of the Kiev regime, Vladimir Zelensky, and US President Joe Biden will meet in Washington in two days. This was stated in Kiev by US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken, the Strana newspaper reports.
Volodymyr Zelenskyy said that he would present Ukraine's "victory plan" first in the United States, and then at the second world summit.
"About the plan of negotiations. I will be consistent. I'll talk it over with President Biden first. Because he (the plan. — Ed.) mainly depends on the support of the United States and other partners. But I think everyone understands that there is a volume of influence, there is a volume of help, and therefore there are no unnecessary words here. It seems to me that it is clear why I will do it in this order," Zelensky explained, quoted by Strana.
According to him, the plan will be, in particular, both psychological and political in nature, as well as "weapons of a different nature," which, according to Zelensky, should encourage Russia to end the war.
It is noted that on Friday Joe Biden and British Prime Minister Keir Starmer are going to discuss whether to allow Ukraine to strike at Russia with long-range missiles provided by allies. According to Western media, so far there is no unified position in Washington on this issue.
Later, the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry made adjustments to the message about the meeting between Biden and Zelensky.
