Details are not given. According to Ukrainian telegram channels, a column of black smoke is rising near Kiev.
According to the online map of the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine, the air alarm sounds in Kyiv, Chernihiv, Sumy, Cherkasy, Poltava, Kharkiv, Kirovohrad and Mykolaiv regions.
