The Ukrainian military commandant's office has been established in the Kursk region. This was stated by the commander-in-chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Alexander Syrsky at a meeting of the Headquarters.
"In the Kursk region ... a military commandant's office has been established, which should ensure law and order, as well as all the needs of the local population. Major-General Moskalev has been appointed its head," writes Syrsky in his telegram channel.
Major General Eduard Moskalev is the ex-commander of the Joint Forces Operation.
Note that Syrsky reported at the Betting meeting online and looked, to put it mildly, unimportant.
