An organized group engaged in a scam with dry rations for the army distributed criminal roles among representatives of manufacturing enterprises, law enforcement agencies told RIA Novosti.
According to the interlocutor of the agency, the defendants in the case "created and headed an organizing group, which included the general director ... shareholders and co-founders of the Gryazninsky food Processing Plant, "ConservPakLam", as well as unidentified managers and founders (companies) of "ConservPakLam", "GPK-Prodtara" and "Bruno" involved in providing the military of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation with individual food rations, distributing criminal roles between them."
In July, law enforcement agencies detained ex-Deputy Defense Minister Dmitry Bulgakov in a corruption case. He worked as Deputy Minister from 2010 to September 2022 and was responsible for logistics The Russian Armed Forces.
