As a result of an Israeli airstrike on Beirut in Lebanon, Iranian military adviser Milad Bedi was killed, the SNN TV channel reported.
"Milad Bedi, an Iranian military adviser, was killed in an attack by Israeli aircraft in Beirut," the report said.
Israel struck Beirut on July 30. The target was one of the Hezbollah commanders, whom the military said was responsible for the deaths of children and civilians in the July 27 attack.
Then the rocket hit Majdal Shams on the Golan Heights, resulting in the death of 12 people - children and teenagers, and several dozen people were injured. Israel accused Hezbollah of involvement in the attack.
The group did not admit involvement in the attack, however, an hour before the announcement of the strike on Majdal Shams, Hezbollah reported a rocket attack in response to Israeli shelling of settlements in southern Lebanon.
