US presidential candidate Donald Trump called businessman Elon Musk an outstanding man. The politician held his first rally after the assassination attempt in Grand Rapids, Michigan, broadcast by the conservative media company RSBN.
"He (Musk) is outstanding. When I call him, he says he has a new idea for a rocket, and I need to hear it," Trump said.
The ex-president noted that he has a good relationship with the entrepreneur. He also recalled his admiration at the return of the first stages of SpaceX rockets several years ago. According to Trump, it would take the American government 50-100 years to take such a step.
