Former US President Donald Trump said that when shooting at a rally in Pennsylvania, he was wounded in the ear and lost a lot of blood, while the shooter himself was neutralized.

"The bullet pierced the upper part of my right ear. I immediately realized that something was wrong when I heard a whistling sound, gunshots, and felt a bullet tearing through my skin," Trump wrote after the incident on the TRUTH Social network owned by him.

According to the assurances of the head of state, he "lost a lot of blood."

"It's just unbelievable that something like this can happen in our country. At the moment, nothing is known about the shooter, who is now dead," the Republican politician said.
