Incumbent president of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev is re-elected with 86% of votes, with over 92% of ballots from 5,201 polling stations counted, said Mazakhir Panakhov, CEC chair.
According to APA, the remaining votes went to the other candidates: Zahid Oruc – 3.11%, Gudrat Hasanguliyev — 3,04%, Sardar Jalaloglu — 3,02%, Hafiz Haciyev — 1,51%, Araz Alizade -1,39%, Faraj Guliyev — 1,18%, Razi Nurullayev — 0, 75%.
Voter turnout was 73.51%. 894 international and about 59,000 local observers observed the elections.
