Basurin: Ukrainian troops preparing to attack the DPR from sea

In the Donbass conflict zone, the Ukrainian military have conducted landing exercises on the shore of the Sea of Azov, four kilometers from the line of demarcation, Deputy Commander of the DPR (Donetsk People's Republic) Eduard Basurin announced today, on April 2.

"The punitive forces, using a truce and in violation of the Minsk agreements, conducted exercises on landing using inflatable boats; destroying the enemy and occupying the defense area," he said.

As the deputy commander explained, the exercises were held near the Berdyanskoye settlement four kilometers from the contact line. According to him, troopers of the 36th Brigade of the Armed Forces assault battalion were enlisted for offensive combat training by the sea.
