Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Garibashvili has decided to resign. As Georgian media report, he made the statement on Dec 23.
As EADaily reported earlier, Garibashvili’s resignation was an expected one, Supposedly, he will lead the Georgian Dream – Democratic Georgia party election campaign and top the Georgian Dream coalition election list. According to the First Radio, he can be replaced by Deputy Prime Minister, Foreign Minister Giorgi Kvirikashvili.
