The intelligence of the Donetsk People’s Republic (DPR) has detected 60 units of prohibited military equipment (tanks, self-propelled artillery platforms and infantry combat vehicles) deployed from the Ukrainian side all along the frontline.
According to Spokesman of the DPR Defense Ministry Eduard Basurin, this is contrary to Minsk II.
Earlier, a representative of Ukraine’s Defense Ministry said that the Ukrainian army was preparing for passive defense in case of an escalation.
As EADaily reported earlier, according to Minsk II, the sides were given 15 days for withdrawing tanks and 24 days for pulling out big cannons. Cannons were supposed to be taken to a distance of 50 km from the contact line, Tornado, Uragan and Smerch systems to 70 km, Tochka missile systems to 140 km.
