Stanislav Melnik, an ex-member of Ukrainian parliament of the 5th and 6th convocation, member of the Party of Regions has committed suicide in Kiev. Melnik, aged 53, shot himself from a hunting gun on the Monday evening.
Reportedly, the ex-parliamentarian left a note with apologies. Stanislav Melnik headed the Donetsk brewery for six years. In 2005 took the post of the director of Luxe CJSC in Donetsk. He was a member of the Dontesk City Council in 2002-2006.
