The Lugansk People’s Republic is transiting to a multi-currency financial system, Head of the LPR Igor Plotnitsky said on Thursday.
“We have decided to switch to a multi-currency system. We will use RUR, UAH, USD and other convenient currencies,” Plotnitsky said.
He explained that the key motives of that decision were the depreciation of UAH and the economic blockade by Kyiv.
