Russia will do its part in restoration of Donbass, State Duma Speaker Sergey Naryshkin said at a roundtable discussion entitled “Interaction with foreign investors: new opportunities for cooperation and risks in current economic situation” today, on February 18.
“We are already helping people in Donbass, first of all, by rendering humanitarian aid. I think Russia will do its part to help restore Donbass, but it will be a big common task of Russia and Ukraine. I hope, our European partners will also join the process,” he said.
Earlier, on Tuesday, Russia’s Minister of Emergency Situations Vladimir Puchkov reported that the next convoy of humanitarian aid to Donbass would be ready to depart within 10 days. Earlier, the Emergency Situations Ministry of Russia sent 14 convoys of humanitarian aid to Donbass.
