The Russian Armed Forces delivered a massive strike with high-precision long-range air- and sea-based weapons, unmanned aerial vehicles on critical energy infrastructure facilities operating in the interests of the military-industrial complex of Ukraine. This was stated in the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation.
"This morning, the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation launched a massive strike with high-precision long-range air- and sea-based weapons, unmanned aerial vehicles at critical energy infrastructure facilities that provided the work of the military-industrial complex of Ukraine and enterprises producing military products," the statement said
As the military department stressed, "all planned targets have been hit."
As reported by EADaily, there is no official information from the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation yet. At the moment it is known that the Russian Armed Forces today, November 17, in the morning carried out massive retaliation strikes on the entire energy infrastructure of Ukraine.

The air alert was announced throughout the territory of Ukraine, where work on energy infrastructure and military facilities is still underway. Explosions were heard in Kiev, Odessa, Kamensk, Krivoy Rog, Dnepropetrovsk, Zaporozhye, Rivne, Vinnytsia, Cherkasy and Ivano-Frankivsk regions. Sunday's retaliation strikes affected almost all strategic objects of Ukraine.
There are also strikes in Ternopil and Lviv regions, as well as in Nikolaev. Odessa electric transport stopped its work. All water supply was also turned off in the city, apparently the hydroelectric power stations could not withstand the onslaught of Russian strikes. Emergency blackouts are also observed throughout Ukraine as part of emergency power outages by Ukrenergo decree.
