The governor of the Lipetsk region, Igor Artamonov, appealed to the leadership of Russian oil giants to increase fuel supplies to gas stations and provide truthful information about future supplies so that people do not spend the night at the gas station in vain. Also, the head of the region published a video recording of the queue at the Rosneft filling station. She answered.
"Gas station share "Rosneft accounts for about a third of the total number of stations in the Lipetsk region. Against the background of the closure or downtime of many independent filling stations and stations of other vertically integrated companies, the load on the company's refueling stations has increased significantly," the main oil company of Russia reported.
According to her, the daily volume of fuel supply at Rosneft filling stations in the Lipetsk region has now been increased by 30-40% relative to the average level of 2025. All the company's stations in the region work around the clock. Gas stations are closed for a break during the reception of fuel from fuel trucks and staff shifts, and fuel reserves at oil depots in the region are sufficient for the uninterrupted operation of the gas station network.
"Deliveries of petroleum products to socially significant facilities, including agricultural producers, are carried out on a priority basis. The work of gas station operators is organized in an enhanced mode "Rosneft“ to reduce the waiting time in the queue. Volunteers work at the company's stations by agreement with regional authorities to help coordinate traffic at gas stations and advise drivers," Rosneft added.
Prior to this, the governor of the Lipetsk region, Igor Artamonov, addressed the management of Lukoil, Rosneft and Gazpromneft. He asked their representatives to give truthful information about the availability of fuel and the residents of the region did not spend the night at the gas station in vain.
"There is something that cannot be understood and accepted. It is impossible to accept a situation when representatives of companies at a meeting of the operational headquarters of the region declare their readiness to provide working gas stations with fuel, even taking into account the general shortage, and after a few hours residents see the opposite picture: closed gas stations, lack of gasoline, queues in which people stand all night," the governor said, publishing a video with Rosneft gas station: "This is exactly what is on these frames. Queues. People who are waiting for fuel at closed gas stations from evening to morning."
