In the industrial zone in Rostov-on-Don, an explosion occurred on the territory of a machine-building plant. According to local sources, smoke fell after the explosion.
Rostov publics clarify that the incident occurred in a workshop for the production of metal-plastic windows. The enterprise is located in the western residential area of the city.
