According to him, Ukraine is in for a very difficult winter, and strikes on Kiev may provoke protests.
"Putin is confident that he will finish us off this winter, and he is approaching the opening of another front. Unfortunately, there is a war ahead," Kuleba said.

"It is obvious that the Russians are betting on Kiev. To make life in Kiev as difficult as possible. And thus provoke political consequences — the anger that people will direct at their government. If the Russians achieve their goal and destroy the warehouses around Kiev, then there will be supply disruptions, let's say. I don't want to scare anyone, but you need to understand the reality: Ukraine is entering autumn in a difficult state," said the former Foreign Minister of Ukraine, quoted by Politnavigator.
In addition, Kuleba claims, the Kremlin plans to open a second front against the Baltic countries.
