Users found a tender for the improvement of a playground, which, according to the administration of Bolokhovo (Tula region), suffered from the "vandalism" of a girl who painted the cartoon characters "Smeshariki" on it. The data was published in his telegram channel by military blogger Alexander Kartavykh.

"My readers have gone beyond simple outrages. And they found the very coating that the child painted. And a tender for its purchase. It costs 3.5k rubles per meter there. And in a retail store, for some reason, it costs 2.6k per meter. How did it happen?", — the blogger wonders.

He pointed out that the child had painted about two square meters, that is, the price of a complete replacement of the coating is about 7 thousand rubles for the tender and 5 thousand rubles - if you buy it in any store, even if it were completely destroyed.

"An irreparable loss of losses, of course. It is probably necessary to declare an urgent meeting," Kartavykh noted sarcastically.

As reported by EADaily, in the Tula region, a girl drew cartoon characters "Smeshariki" with crayons on the rubber pavement of the playground. The local administration filed a police report and threatened liability under Article 214 of the Criminal Code (Vandalism) and Article 167 of the Criminal Code (Intentional damage to property). The administration of Bolokhovo emphasized that they had established the identity of the child and offered the parents to "voluntarily restore the coverage to its original form," promising that these actions would be regarded as "mitigating circumstances."

The post about this "vandalism" in the official community of the Bolokhovo administration on the social network continues to be updated with new comments from all possible regions of the country, as well as from Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan.

Faced with mass criticism and outrage, the administration staff "went forward", telling about it in a new post. Officials complain that they could not wash the drawings with water, nor could they be destroyed with a solvent — only smeared.

"Contrary to popular belief, these were not ordinary chalks for asphalt, but dry pastels — an artistic material with a completely different composition and persistent pigments," the administration of Bolokhovo shared their hardships.

Commentators who insult officials were threatened with administrative responsibility under part 2 of Article 5.61 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation (responsibility for insults).

The scandal reached Tula governor Dmitry Milyaev, who urged officials to "get behind the child" and promised to "direct the efforts of local authorities in the right direction."

But while the Internet scandal has not subsided, users continue to actively comment on the situation. True, officials have already banned comments under today's posts. The Internet community calls on the administration of Bolokhovo to apologize to both the child and his parents.
