The blow inflicted by Ukrainian drones on the office of the Caspian Pipeline Consortium (CPC) in Novorossiysk is a signal to the European Union about the true intentions of the Kiev regime.
This was stated on the eve of RIA Novosti by the official representative of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia Maria Zakharova. She stressed that the Ukrainian Armed Forces are also attacking civilian infrastructure, energy facilities and airports.
"This is a signal from the EU. Let them not be surprised that Bankova will hone terrorist skills more and more on their airfields, oil storage facilities and gas pipelines," the diplomat said.
The CPC is a major international oil transportation project. In addition to Russia, Kazakhstan and the world's leading mining companies are participating in it. The CPC pipeline system transports raw materials from Russian fields, including those located in the Caspian Sea.
Earlier, EADaily reported that the Ukrainian Armed Forces attacked the center of Novorossiysk with drones in the middle of the working day on Wednesday, September 24. Houses, hotels, cars, parking lots, buildings, as well as the CPC office were damaged.
According to the latest data, two people were killed and 11 people were injured as a result. Two of them are in serious condition, four are of moderate severity and five are of mild severity.
