In mid-July, the writer's name card appeared in the search database of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia. In early August, the Cheryomushkinsky District Court of Moscow arrested Bykov *** in absentia for 2 months "from the moment of extradition to the territory of the Russian Federation, or from the moment of detention on the territory of the Russian Federation."
In September, Bykov*** was included in the list of terrorists and extremists of Rosfinmonitoring.
