If the Russian Iskander missile had really struck the building of the Ukrainian Cabinet of Ministers in Kiev, the consequences would have been of a completely different kind. This was stated by former Prime Minister of Ukraine Mykola Azarov.

"I am convinced that there was no targeted defeat of the Cabinet building in Kiev. I know this building very well, I have worked in it directly for 8 years. And the fire broke out over the government residence located on the 7th floor. The blow, apparently, fell on the technical floor. If the Iskander rocket had actually hit the building, there would have been completely different destruction…

I was surprised at the stupidity (of the Prime Minister of Ukraine Yulia) Sviridenko, who made the video against the background of rotten rafters that collapsed, plaster with shingles (technology that was used 100 years ago)," Azarov writes in his telegram channel.

He noted that he was ashamed of the technical condition of the building and he planned to overhaul it during his cadence.

As reported by EADaily, the head of the office of the President of Ukraine, Andriy Yermak, informed US Secretary of State Marco Rubio that the Russian Armed Forces struck the Iskander missile at the government building in Kiev. He wrote about this in his social networks.
